About me

My name is June. I’m 19 years old and currently studying at ESCP Business School, one of Europe’s top institutions for international business. Originally from Norway, I completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) program before continuing my studies abroad.

 

Outside the classroom, I’ve years playing and coaching basketball, which has been a test in leadership, teamwork, and resilience. I’ve also been actively involved in Model United Nations (MUN student council, debating, and volunteer work, all of which have shaped my ability to communicate, collaborate, and think critically.

 

While I’ve explored many interests, I’ve always felt a strong pull toward business, particularly the world of consulting. When the traditional internship didn’t align my academic schedule, I decided to create my own opportunity. I launched an independent project exploring the future of consulting by reaching out to over 150 CEOs across Norway. I asked them how their use of management consultants is going to change as AI becomes more into their firms, finding out if there will be jobs for young people like me in the future.

 

I’m not sharing this project because I have all the answers; I’m sharing it because I believe in starting before you feel completely ready, in asking better questions, and in learning by doing, especially when it’s uncomfortable. I am excited to take you along on the journey, so come along.
